Octopus


Octopus has a very unique texture; it can be firm and very chewy to bite. Since octopus have a high-quality diet, they have a mild to sweet flavor. Their skin is deep purple with white meat within. Once cooked their meat is translucent beige to hints of pink. Their sizes vary from the country they are harvested from.
